Genuine Travertine Veneer Cabinets - No Two are Exactly Alike
Simply put - these cabinets are beautiful! Veneer for each system is hand selected and matched to create the most attractive look, diamond polished to a satin finish and sealed, which results in a silky smooth finish with a slight sheen.
Hold on! Beauty of the cabinets is not just skin deep, wait until you hear the difference in sound quality these rock solid cabinets make - very clean, tight bass.
Rock-Solid Speaker Cabinets - A Sonic Difference You'll Love!
Reducing speaker cabinet vibrations minimizes coloration of music reproduction, which results in very clean/tight bass, pinpoint imaging, and outstanding overall sonic accuracy. Close your eyes and the left and right channel disappear as your are transported into a seamless soundstage - with all the dynamics and excitement you expect from a live performance. Give our speakers a try; you will not be disappointed!
Stand-Alone Speaker Design - Enclosed AM/FM/CD Stereo
Incorporates built-in 12vdc AM/FM/CD stereo electronics directly into one of the lower cabinets. This configuration allows the user to adjust audio controls locally and place this system much more conveniently than having to worry about getting speaker cables routed from outdoors to an indoor stereo system. Speaker cables are simply routed from one speaker tower to the other.
Don’t Forget the Remote Control - It’s Included!
Each of our EA300SW systems include a small IR Remote, which can come in handy when relaxing in your spa or lounging around your pool. MP3 and USB inputs are also included!
Audiophile Quality Power Supply - Minimizes Distortion
Custom high-current, low-noise power supply ensures minimal audible music distortion.
Bass Reflex Design - Maximizes Bass Response
Each system uses titanium tweeters and polypropylene woofers in a bass reflex design, which incorporates weatherproof base ports mounted in the backs of the speaker cabinets.
Powered Subwoofers - Adjust Bass Level as You Like
Two lower cabinet subwoofers are powered by two separate amplifier channels from the stereo and give the user a high degree of flexibility to adjust the amount of bass in this system. When you listen to speakers outdoors you probably have noticed how much the bass seems to disappear. This happens due to the fact that there are typically few walls outside to aid in reinforcing the low frequency sound waves and direct them back to the listener. The added powered subwoofers of our EA300SWs provide a much richer sound than would normally be possible and are fully adjustable by the listener.
Shorter Cable Runs - Less Risk of Sound Degradation
Eliminates the potentially long speaker cable runs of hardwired speakers, by enclosing the audio source close to the speakers - actually, inside the speaker cabinet!
Environmentally Protected Electronics - Protects Your Investment
The EA300SW system incorporates several design features to protect the built-in stereo electronics from the harsh effects of an outdoor environment:
- Marine Grade CD/FM/AM Stereos: Internal circuit boards are coated to seal out moisture and humidity;
- Cabinet Ventilation: On-board sensing monitors internal temperature for speed control of forced air ventilation to prevent excessive heat build-up inside the cabinet;
- High Temp Shut-Down: In the event the internal temperature rises to an unsafe level, the system will shut down automatically, while the cooling fan continues to ventilate the cabinet. Once the temperature drops to a safe level the system can be powered back on; and
- Low Temp Heat: For systems remaining outdoors in the winter months, on-board sensing monitors low temperatures for control of a heating circuit that will automatically turn-on to minimize low temperature extremes.
Uses Low Voltage Outdoor Transformer [Not Included] - Easy to Install & Safe
Power for the built-in stereo electronics is provided by any UL Approved outdoor/garden 12vac-120w transformer. This is a customer supplied item, which is available at any hardware or home improvement store. Power from this 12vac source is plugged directly into the back of the cabinet that houses the stereo electronics.
The 12vdc supply used is specially designed to minimize the impact of very long power cable runs, which allows for 16ga. power cable runs up to 50', 14ga. up to 100', and 12ga up to 150'. The benefit to the user is the fact you can utilize any 110vac outlet that's within the distances listed above. No need to spend the extra money for an electrician to run a close proximity 110vac supply line, and no need to worry about electrical safety in potentially wet locations.
